Shipping Policy
- All orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the Monday that follows. Orders placed by 11AM EST will ship within 72 hours. Please note due to increased order volume during COVID-19 and holidays order processing could be delayed.
- Currently, shipping to all U.S. and Canada states/provinces is through the USPS. We DO NOT ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands or international (except Canada) at this time.
- US Shipments can take up to 7 business days for delivery; shipments to Canada can take up to 10-15 business days.
- Sorry, we can only ship to one address per order.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please provide accurate city, state, zip code and apt. # if applicable, and be sure to double check that all fields have correct information. Abbreviations, misspellings and other typos that result in delivery errors might be shipped back to us. Note: we make every effort to re-ship; if we can’t reach you within 10 business days, we will cancel your order and refund your purchase price to the original form of payment.
BILLING ADDRESS
Please verify that your billing information matches your credit card billing address. Name/street/city/state/zip/apt #, address must match EXACTLY, with no typos or misspellings. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid abbreviations unless that is how this information appears on your statement. (Contact your financial institution to verify the exact billing address of your credit card account.)
MISSING/LOST PACKAGES, DAMAGED/STOLEN ITEMS
In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we cannot be responsible for packages once in the possession of the USPS service. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS we cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS. Please contact the nearest USPS to resolve any shipment issues. If you are able to provide a USPS claim number and detailed information we may be able to further assist in this matter. Otherwise, we only have the capacity to track your package.
ORDER INFORMATION
Our pricing is based on the SRP (suggested retail price) of the Manufacturer. We do sell items at wholesale prices.

Explanations of ORDER STATUS
Pending: Your order is processing and payment is being authorized.
Payment Review: PayPal has not yet released payment to us.
Packing: Picking and preparing your order for shipment is in progress. Shipped: Once your order has left the Tx Post Office .
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you successfully place your order, you will receive an e-mail with the details including order number (the same number that appeared on our website after successful submission of an order), product details, prices, any promo codes or coupons, your ship-to and bill-to information, and the shipping method. This order confirmation e-mail is your receipt and can be printed for your records.
ORDER TRACKING
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, the tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your order, please email customer service for the website you placed your order on(royaltieluxeshop@hotmail.com) within 24 hours of recording your order. We can’t process orders cancelled on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, but we will notify you on the following business day. Once the order has shipped, we are not able to cancel or accept changes to orders. Please email to cancel and/or reorder your item(s). Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed no changes (email address, mailing address, or order quantities and details) can be made.
